Amber first came to yoga in 1999 to help recover from a debilitating car accident. After finding strength and healing through many variations of yoga, she discovered her true passion in the practice of Vinyasa-based yoga, and completed her 200-hour RYT training in 2014.
Since then she has been teaching regularly, and continues to expand her knowledge through a variety of workshops with world-renowned yogis, specializing in vinyasa, ashtanga, and alignment-based yoga. Her classes are designed to enrich and challenge students of all levels.
Whether beginner or advanced, students will find the support they need to grow their practice, body, mind and spirit. She is honored to be a part of the team at iThrive, a studio that truly embodies the principles of yoga.
