Laura's love for yoga grew out of a desire to calm the mind, relax the body and find a release from the day-to-day stress that comes along with living a busy life. "Realizing that we can create peace within our bodies and carry that peace with us throughout the day, off of our mats and into our lives, is a beautiful gift that no one can take away from you". Laura's classes focus on taking a break from life for a bit, grounding yourself, finding your breath, lifting your spirit and finding positivity through difficulty so you can return to your day with a renewed energy.
Laura grew up in the coastal state of Maryland but relocated to Colorado with her husband, James, in 2014. After spending several years working in Accounting and Finance, she resigned from her position and chose to pursue a career as a yoga instructor and a real estate agent. Laura completed her 200hr Teacher Training in May 2016, and she is an active hiker, mountain biker, yogi and lover of all things outdoors and Colorado.
