Mona is an internationally-based Health Coach and Pilates instructor. She was certified and worked for many years in the Pure Body Movements pilates studio in Munich, Germany. After gaining great knowledge and insight working under the owner, she opened a studio near Frankfurt, Germany.
After 13 years in Germany, she recently relocated to Parker, Colorado and has joined the iThriveYoga studio family. Mona is a Health Coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and Dr. Sears L.E.A.N Wellness Institute. She offers a variety of live health classes, workshops, and online courses that help families, children, pregnant women and adults unlock the secrets to long lasting health.
She is passionate about pairing powerful nutrition and movement to help people reconnect with their inner strength. In this one-hour class we utilize the Pilates chairs, mats, props and Bosu to enhance core strength, increase flexibility, and boost body awareness. Maintaining a small group of no more than 6 people, we are able to work with each person’s individual level and strive toward their personal goals. This is a full body workout to improve not only the core but arm and leg strength as well. The muscle memory developed from Pilates helps to utilize the muscles and joints effectively and increases the performance in sports and regular daily activities.
